02Surface prep & waterproofing
Proper substrate preparation separates tile that lasts decades from tile that cracks in months. We level, waterproof, and prime every surface before a single tile goes down.
03Install & finish
Precision cuts, consistent spacing, careful adhesive application. Once set, we grout, seal, and detail every edge—then walk you through the result before we call it done.
